Quality Inspection
Pack the garment securely in its original packaging; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check of the product's condition during pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once the request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your doorstep within 24 to 48 hours at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
